“ This was is. A must go to for authentic tacos in El Paso. The service was amazing and the food was spectacular. Make sure to have the shrimp tacos and green bean tempura along with the cucumber drink. And whoever was the waitress was super cute - Eduardo says hello ”
“ PLEASE OPEN UP A SPOT IN TUCSON!!! I fell in love with Taconeta. The food, the service, the decor, the vibe, everything was amazing. After arriving in Fort Worth, I found this spot on Yelp. I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first because one person said it wasn’t worth the wait. But the good reviews totally won me over, and I’m so happy we decided to go. It had started to rain lightly when we got there, but the line moved quickly, and honestly, I could see why people wait. It’s definitely worth it. The process is super easy. You get in line, check out the menu on the board or grab a physical one, place your order, and then they seat you. If you want more food, the servers walking around are so friendly and attentive, they’ll happily take your order. I tried the suadero, carnitas, and mushroom tacos, and wow, they were all delicious. If I had to choose favorites, the mushroom and carnitas tacos were the winners for me. The elote in a cup was okay, the corn was a little starchy and not as sweet as I like, but the corn on the cob was amazing. Even the music was great. I just wanted to dance and eat tacos all night. If I’m ever in El Paso again, I’m coming back for sure. ”
“ Shrimp and fish tacos were the best! Mushroom is also a good option, but for me it didn't make it to the top of the list. Elote was alright, I wish it was toasted more. Sweet potatoes are good too if you're a fan. You can't go wrong with this place. ”
“ This place was recommended to me by locals, so that’s how you know it’s good! After having dinner here, I can confirm it’s TOTALLY worth the hype. Everything was incredibly delicious. I waited in line outside for about 20 minutes before ordering at the window. I got my table immediately after ordering and my first taco came out within 2 minutes! From there, everything else also came out incredibly efficiently. Servers were running food, clearing dishes I’d already eaten, and didn’t bring my tres leches cake out until I was finished with my main dishes. 10/10 for service! Food-wise, I cannot reiterate how tasty the tacos and elote were. Each dish was packed with flavor, plus the salsa on the side added a good kick. I did not have a single bad bite! The tres leches cake was super heavy and sweet, so the only downside is I didn’t have the appetite to finish it by myself! The environment inside is a bit loud with upbeat music, which was great for my solo dinner. I would recommend eating on the outside patio if you’re looking for a more relaxing conversation. Overall though, felt like a trendy take on your typical taco place and I would highly recommend!! ”
